ICHC and ACHC Members initiative to partner with UNHCR to Raise funds for Yemen in Canada

Assalamu Alaikum

The Board Members of Islamic and Ansar Co-operative Housing Corporation are happy to announce that we have partnered with UNHCR Canada and have committed to raise $100,000 during this Ramadan and beyond for Zakat-ul Mal and Sadaqah funds primarily focusing on displaced Yemeni families. This need is identified as most urgent given the circumstances that mostly women and children are facing in Yemen.

Ansar Financial and both Co-operatives are giving first donation of $25,000 this Friday and appealing to all of you, the Members and the community at large, to commit and donate as much as you can by mailing cheques to the co-op office payable to UNHCR Canada and mark it ANSAR HOUSING YEMEN FUND or through this exclusive for Ansar Housing Members link Ramadan for Refugees in Yemen | UNHCR Canada
